- District REIT doubled this year in net asset value, reaching $140 million. This was driven by the acquisition of 111 new rental units added to our diverse portfolio – consisting of multi-residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Valcon has achieved remarkable success this year, doubling revenue from the previous year. With an expanded team of 10 management personnel and HCRA licensing secured, Valcon is prepared to capitalize on opportunities for further growth moving forward.
- Valour Group continues to make waves in the development industry, recently breaking ground at 301 Westmount in Kitchener. After completing the Beach Boulevard 5-plex in Hamilton, we continue to take strides forward with Bluepoint Lookout in Lambton County.
- Valour Management Inc. generously donated $27,000 to Community Crew, allowing them to continue their inspiring work of providing nutritious lunches for children in 30 schools across theNiagara Region and over 4,700 meals!
- Valour Partners proudly launched 5 new funds, offering a range of debt and equity options for investors across the board.
- At Pro Funds Mortgages we have taken our commercial banking services to the next level with the hiring of two seasoned bankers who boast an impressive 40 years combined experience. We are also now offering leading institutional mortgage brokerage and loan solutions, including lines of credit, term loans and senior debt.

- Once Upon A Stay, our vacation rental division, continued to grow with an addition of new short-term accommodations in South Bruce Peninsula anticipated for this Summer.
- Our real estate talk show, 30 Minutes to Wealth, wrapped up a successful 5th season and is prepping for an even more exciting 6th season for early 2023.
